Offers 10% returns p.a. The lending operations of Williams Corporation Capital Limited are secured with material property securities (which may include either a first or second registered mortgage) and guarantees.

Williams Corporation First Mortgage Investments

Offers 10% returns p.a. The lending operations of Williams Corporation First Mortgage Investments Limited are secured with first mortgage securities and material guarantees.

Williams Corporation Completed Homes LP

Offers 10% returns p.a. The lending operations of Williams Corporation Completed Homes LP are secured with first mortgage securities against Completed Homes and other material securities.

Williams Corporation Capital Partnership LP

Offers 10% returns p.a. The lending operations of Williams Corporation Capital Partnership LP are secured with material property securities (which may include either a first or second registered mortgage) and guarantees.

Matthew Horncastle

Managing Director

On a daily basis, Matthew oversees multiple aspects of Williams Corporation's operations, including land acquisition, development design, resource consents, development sales, marketing, and finance. As a qualified builder and over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Matthew is well-versed in managing complex development projects. His unwavering enthusiasm and energy align with Williams Corporation's mission to enhance the liveability of New Zealand and Australia.

Blair Chappell

Managing Director

Possessing a qualification as a business analyst and having over seven years of experience in the construction industry, Blair is highly knowledgeable in managing the intricacies of development projects. Blair is responsible for product and contractor procurement, pricing, site management, and building consents. Blair is deeply passionate about the entire process of development, from its inception as an idea on a set of plans to its completion as a realised product with satisfied homeowners and tenants.

Kathryn Marshall

General Manager

Kathryn has a 32-year career in construction. Kathryn overviews the company finances and cash flow position and is responsible for company systems, processes, controls and oversees legal and technical documents. Kathryn has a Bachelor of Agricultural Science Degree, including business subjects. Kathryn creates the vision, along with Matthew and Blair and forms highly skilled teams to deliver the outcomes ethically.

Richard Carr

National Fund Manager

Richard has established a range of experiences in the property market. He has worked with some of the largest institutional owners and investors, represented a diverse range of clients and strives to ensure the best outcomes for his clients. He has a background in economics and statistics. Richard is a storyteller who uses data to create meaningful relationships with all of his clients and customers.

Jaxon Grieve

General Counsel

Jaxon manages all legal matters and compliance functions of Williams Corporation, and is responsible for ensuring Williams Corporation operates lawfully and ethically across all of our jurisdictions. Jaxon brings his extensive experience across the commercial and real estate sectors to the team and is passionate about Williams Corporation's vision to play its part in building the most livable cities, and building homes which are affordable to own, affordable to live in and affordable to maintain.
